Position: B2B Partnership & Referral Manager
Our client is looking for an ambitious and strategic B2B Partnership & Referral Manager to lead efforts in partner acquisition, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management. This role is key to expanding the company’s reach by establishing and nurturing impactful B2B and referral partnerships that support long-term growth and user acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement effective strategies to recruit, onboard, and retain B2B partners and affiliate networks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional partners, affiliate marketers, fintech platforms, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Work cross-functionally to create attractive partnership models, commission schemes, and collaborative marketing efforts.
- Track, analyze, and optimize the performance of partnerships to ensure strong ROI and continuous engagement.
- Conduct market research to uncover new partnership opportunities and maintain industry visibility.
- Lead negotiations and draft partnership agreements in line with business goals and compliance requirements.
- Guide partners through a smooth onboarding process and support integration efforts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B partnerships, sales, or affiliate program management—ideally in crypto, fintech, or SaaS.
- In-depth knowledge of referral marketing, performance-based models, and lead generation strategies.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- A strategic thinker who thrives on data and results.
- Comfortable working across departments such as marketing, legal, product, and sales.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
