Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute digital media campaigns aligned with business goals.
- Launch and optimize PPC & SEM campaigns.
- Develop and implement new multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strengthen the company’s voice through social media, media buys, and influencer marketing.
- Identify and test new marketing channels to exceed performance targets.
- Set measurable goals, analyze KPIs, and report on campaign ROI.
- Develop and refine full-funnel digital marketing strategies.
- Ensure campaigns are executed on time and within budget.
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies for optimization.
- Coordinate the creation of digital content (videos, articles, press releases).
- Measure and analyze campaign data for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- BSc/BA in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field (AdWords certification is a plus).
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or paid search, ideally in the financial sector.
- Expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, App, Remarketing) and Paid Social (Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with Google Analytics, MixPanel, and similar platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager and campaign tracking.
