Job Description

Our client, a leading FX broker, is looking for a Marketing Administrator to join their dynamic and growing team. This role focuses on organizing and executing content updates across various web platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency. The successful candidate will report to the Marketing Project Manager and play a key role in supporting marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update websites with accurate content based on company data.
  • Oversee email marketing administration, setting up campaigns for target audiences.
  • Ensure updates are correctly presented across websites and other platforms.
  • Work proactively on necessary updates following the Marketing Project Manager’s guidelines.
  • Coordinate updates on external portals and liaise with translators when needed.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Experience with CMS/CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
