Our client, a leading FX broker, is expanding and seeking a Customer Support/Back Office Officer to join their growing team. This role involves handling client support inquiries across various communication channels while ensuring smooth operational processes. The ideal candidate will be professional, proactive, and customer-focused, with a strong ability to resolve issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support new clients with account onboarding.
- Assist existing clients with account operations and inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client requests.
- Manage website live chat, phone, and email communication channels.
- Perform back-office duties and maintain customer records.
- Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and due diligence regulations.
Requirements:
- Degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Interest in forex, derivatives trading, investing, or financial markets.
- Strong client relationship and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English (written & verbal).
