Job Description


We are seeking a proactive and highly responsible Secretary to the COO & Technical Support Coordinator to provide executive administrative support while also assisting with basic technical coordination across departments.

This hybrid role combines executive assistance, internal coordination, and technical issue tracking. The ideal candidate is organised, detail-oriented, a fast learner, and comfortable communicating with internal teams and external vendors.


Key Responsibilities

COO Executive Support

  • Manage the COO’s daily schedule, meetings, and reminders
  • Prepare documents, reports, meeting minutes, and follow-up summaries
  • Coordinate tasks and communication between departments (Operations, Finance, HR, Tech)
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

Technical Support & Coordination

  • Receive, log, and document technical issues from internal teams
  • Investigate issues by reproducing problems, collecting screenshots, and summarising findings
  • Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and technical partners for issue resolution
  • Track issue progress and ensure timely follow-ups and updates
  • Maintain records of technical issues, communications, and resolutions

Operational Support

  • Assist with small projects assigned by the COO
  • Support onboarding of new systems or tools, including basic testing and documentation
  • Monitor daily system checks and escalate irregularities when required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Proactive and responsible personality with strong follow-up skills
  • Fast learner with the ability to understand new systems quickly
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic technical troubleshooting skills (preferred but not essential)
  • Previous experience in administration, coordination, or technical support is an advantage
