Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Executive / Marketing Specialist to join an established FX/CFD brokerage.

The successful candidate will support the execution of multi-channel marketing strategies within a fast-paced, performance-driven trading environment. The role will focus on driving client acquisition, engagement, and retention across global markets through digital campaigns, content, and data-led insights.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, and paid media)
  • Support acquisition and retention campaigns targeting trading clients
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend data-driven improvements
  • Ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives in line with business goals

Content & Communications

  • Create and manage marketing content for social media, websites, landing pages, and email campaigns
  • Collaborate with designers, affiliates, and external agencies to produce high-quality marketing assets
  • Maintain consistent messaging aligned with brand tone and regulatory requirements

Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct competitor analysis within the FX/CFD and trading industry
  • Identify market trends, trader behaviour insights, and acquisition opportunities
  • Analyse campaign and user data to optimise performance
  • Prepare clear reports and actionable insights for management

Project Coordination

  • Work closely with Sales, Affiliates, IBs, Product, and Operations teams
  • Manage project timelines and ensure smooth delivery of marketing initiatives
  • Support webinars, trading events, and partnership campaigns

Reporting

  • Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports
  • Track KPIs such as CPA, conversion rates, and engagement metrics
  • Present findings and optimisation recommendations to senior management

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

Experience

  • 1–3 years’ experience in Marketing / Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing
  • Experience within FX, CFD, Forex, Crypto, or broader financial services is highly desirable

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and affiliate marketing channels
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
  • Experience using design tools such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to interpret performance data and optimise campaigns accordingly
