Our client, an innovative player in the trading technology space, is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join their fast-growing product team. This is an exciting opportunity for a design professional who is passionate about crafting seamless user experiences and thrives on solving complex product challenges. You’ll be at the forefront of shaping the visual and functional direction of digital tools used by traders and clients across platforms. From initial concept through to final execution, you’ll own design initiatives that elevate both the user journey and the business impact.

What You’ll Do

• Drive the full design lifecycle, from ideation through research, prototyping, testing, and delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define problems and shape solutions that are both user-focused and commercially sound
• Create end-to-end design assets, including wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI for web and mobile applications
• Ensure a cohesive and intuitive experience across all platforms
• Evolve and maintain the product’s design standards and style guide
• Regularly gather and apply user insights to improve interaction patterns and usability
• Work closely with developers, data teams, marketers, and product managers to ensure design aligns with technical feasibility and strategic goals
• Balance design decisions with business priorities and compliance requirements Brand and Consistency
• Maintain alignment with the client’s visual identity and accessibility standards
• Contribute to defining and maintaining a scalable design system
  
  What We’re Looking For
  
• At least 6 years of professional experience in product or UI/UX design
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Strong visual and interaction design skills, with a deep understanding of
  responsive design
• Experience designing for complex systems or dashboards
• Background in fintech, trading, or data-heavy platforms is a strong advantage
• Capable of managing multiple projects with autonomy and accountability
• A portfolio that demonstrates both creative design thinking and functional
  execution
  
  Bonus Points For:
• Knowledge of motion design or prototyping tools like After Effects, Lottie, or Framer
• Exposure to front-end frameworks like React or Vue
• Experience working in agile environments
