Our client is a well-established Forex and CFD brokerage firm based in Limassol, providing top tier trading services to EU clients. They are committed to innovation, client satisfaction, and sustainable growth. As they continue to expand, they are seeking a Head of Sales to lead their sales team, drive revenue growth, and enhance client acquisition and retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, setting performance objectives and fostering a high-energy, results-driven culture.
• Build and expand the sales team
• Identify and acquire new clients through effective lead generation, partnerships, and affiliate programs.
• Oversee and optimize the sales funnel, ensuring maximum conversion of leads into active traders.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and track sales metrics to evaluate team performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Work closely with marketing to align sales initiatives with campaigns, promotions, and branding efforts.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies in all sales activities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with IBs, affiliates, and key stakeholders to expand business opportunities.
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competition, and client needs.
• Collaborate with the customer support and retention teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to senior management.
Requirements
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a sales leadership role within the Retail Forex/CFD industry.
• Strong understanding of trading platforms (MT4, MT5, cTrader), trading products, and client acquisition strategies.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and exceeding revenue targets in a highly competitive market.
• Experience managing and motivating sales teams, IBs, and affiliates.
• Deep knowledge of regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
• Fluency in English is required
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
