We’re looking for a highly experienced Head of Marketing who truly understands the trading industry. This role goes beyond aesthetics it’s about delivering measurable growth and driving client acquisition in the prop trading and Forex space.

What You’ll Be Doing
-You will lead a global marketing team made up of designers, editors, copywriters, and media buyers. Your main responsibility will be to manage the entire marketing funnel, moving cold traffic through to engagement via Telegram, email, and ultimately funded client accounts.
-You’ll develop and oversee multi-platform advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other relevant channels. Alongside this, you’ll be hands-on in creating marketing assets such as email sequences, landing pages, and creative briefs for video content.
-You will also take ownership of marketing workflows and automation tools, managing CRM systems and streamlining operations. Content scheduling, media production timelines, and campaign delivery will be part of your regular workflow. You’ll work closely with the founders and key stakeholders to align marketing execution with broader business growth objectives.

-Define and refine the brand’s messaging, ensuring consistency across all markets and channels
-Optimize digital campaigns to enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
-Leverage data and analytics to track marketing performance, ROI, and key KPIs
-Establish measurement frameworks to assess the impact of marketing activities
-Identify opportunities to elevate the company’s brand visibility and industry reputation
-Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to uncover growth opportunities
-Collaborate with product and sales teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies
-Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, and key stakeholders
-Work closely with regional teams to tailor and execute localized marketing campaigns
-Ensure alignment across departments to deliver cohesive and effective marketing execution
What We’re Looking For
-We’re seeking someone with a deep understanding of the Forex industry, prop firms, and the mindset of retail traders. Experience leading marketing teams of five people or more is essential, as well as strong content development skills. You should be comfortable producing emails, visual content, and jumping in on light editing tasks when needed.
-Proficiency in performance marketing is critical, especially with Facebook and Google Ads. Exceptional written English and strong leadership abilities are a must. Most importantly, you must have a solid track record of turning marketing budgets into real, profitable results.
-At least 5 years of experience in a leadership marketing role, with direct reports
