Job Description
We are currently seeking to recruit a a Head of Business Development for an established FX/CFD broker in South East Asia.
The candidate must be based in Thailand and will be responsible for developing sales strategies, setting goals, and tracking progress through KPIs for their team members. As well as, building processes to attract, onboard, and expand client relationships, while actively closing key deals and managing the team’s performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate in developing the sales plan, preparing sales forecasts, and providing KPI reports to the sales leadership team, CRO, and upper management to guide financial planning, budgeting, and strategy.
- Take full ownership of the plans and strategies that drive business development and achieve sales goals.
- Design and manage a “land and expand” strategy, including outreach, client onboarding, activation, and growth processes.
- Advocate for the product, taking an active role in closing major deals and driving revenue.
- Work cross-functionally with teams such as Operations, Customer Support, Back Office, and Marketing to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Define and establish inbound lead requirements to meet your sales targets and generate high-quality prospects.
- Provide complete transparency and insight into the sales pipeline, tracking progress at every stage.
- Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders both internally and externally.

- Proven experience in sales strategy, business development, and team management.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and achieve business objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with sales forecasting, KPI reporting, and pipeline management.
- Ability to close large deals and build relationships with high-value clients.
