Job Description
On behalf of our client, an established FX brokerage, we are seeking a Back Office Officer to support client operations, account management, and transaction processing within a fast-paced trading environment.
This role is focused on ensuring smooth onboarding, accurate processing of client funds, and strict adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client onboarding and account verification processes using FXBO CRM
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and perform account reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Resolve client account-related issues in coordination with internal teams
- Maintain accurate operational records and generate routine reports
- Support the optimisation and efficiency of back-office workflows
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Back Office role within the FX / Forex industry
- Strong hands-on experience with FXBO CRM
- High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with transition into a hybrid setup
- EU citizenship or valid EU work permit required
