Reporting to: Group CEO
Location: Remote with occasional HQ presence required (At least once a month)


Role Purpose

Own the full P&L of the brand and drive execution across business development, sales, marketing, product, compliance, and operations.

The General Manager acts as the central orchestrator—aligning all departments, translating strategy into execution, and ensuring the business operates as a cohesive, high-performing unit.


Key Responsibilities

Brand Leadership & Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Lead and align business development, sales, marketing, product, compliance, and back-office functions
  • Ensure all teams operate with clear priorities, timelines, and measurable KPIs
  • Drive a unified approach to execution across the business

Strategy & Business Planning

  • Develop annual and quarterly business plans, including revenue forecasts and operating models
  • Define growth strategies, key revenue drivers, and cost optimisation initiatives

Performance Management & KPIs

  • Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics across all functions
  • Identify gaps quickly and implement corrective actions with speed and precision

Commercial, Product & Growth Oversight

  • Bring strong expertise in at least one core vertical (product, marketing, or business development), with the ability to oversee all areas
  • Guide decision-making around funnels, user journeys, monetisation, ROI, and partnerships

People Leadership & Culture

  • Drive accountability and performance across teams
  • Coach and develop leadership within departments
  • Improve cross-functional collaboration and remove operational inefficiencies

Ideal Profile

  • 8–12+ years’ experience within fintech, trading, brokerage, or related digital sectors
  • Proven track record managing multi-functional teams
  • Strong commercial and analytical mindset with operational depth
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on leadership approach
  • Experience scaling products, teams, or markets in high-growth environments
