Funding/Payments Officer | Limassol
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Processing financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Ensuring daily withdrawals are processed accurately and on time
- Monitoring and communicating with Payment Service Providers (PSPs) for funding transactions
- Maintaining daily communication with banks and PSPs regarding funding operations
- Identifying and resolving failed transactions promptly
- Investigating and resolving suspicious transactions
- Responding to client inquiries regarding funding, proof of payments, and other payment-related queries
- Assisting front-office teams with any funding-related concerns
- Reconciling transactions across various platforms, providers, and systems
- Processing manual bonuses for clients as required
Experience & Knowledge
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in payments processing and working with PSPs is preferred
Skills & Attributes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong team player
- Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities
- Ability to work weekly rotating shifts (08:00-16:00 and 14:00-22:00), with occasional night shifts (00:00-08:00) if operational needs require. Currently, night shifts are not mandatory but flexibility is essential
- On-site presence required
Education
- University degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
