DevOps Engineer – Remote
Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to help build and scale their infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and automation workflows. In this role, you’ll take ownership of their cloud environment, CI/CD processes, and containerized workloads to ensure high availability, reliability, and performance across all systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
- Manage and provision infrastructure using Terraform (IaC)
- Deploy and operate Kubernetes workloads using Argo CD
- Work with AWS services to deploy, monitor, and maintain cloud-based infrastructure
- Build internal tools and automation scripts using Python (or similar)
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure best practices around reliability, scalability, and security
- Apply SRE practices for monitoring, incident response, and service health
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot production issues to ensure high availability
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Strong experience with cloud technologies, preferably AWS
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or similar tools
- CI/CD pipeline development and management using GitHub Actions
- In-depth knowledge of containerization technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker
- GitOps-based continuous delivery using Argo CD
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Elastic (ELK stack)
Nice to Have / Bonus:
- Experience applying SRE principles (SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, etc.)
- Python scripting for automation and tooling
