Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic plan to expand our client’s presence in Brazil.
- Lead, manage, and grow the local team, including Business Development Managers and other key personnel.
- Identify, acquire, and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients and partners.
- Oversee business development activities to ensure revenue and growth targets are achieved.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize product offerings for the Brazilian market.
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and company policies.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, the competitive landscape, and customer needs to refine strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in business development within FX in Brazil.
- Strong managerial background, ideally with experience leading a team of Business Development Managers.
- Proven portfolio of high-net-worth clients and institutional relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of the financial trading industry and Brazilian market regulations.
- Fluent in Portuguese (mandatory); proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while aligning with global corporate strategies.
- Strong analytical mindset with a results-driven approach.
