Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to expand our client’s presence in Brazil.
  • Lead, manage, and grow the local team, including Business Development Managers and other key personnel.
  • Identify, acquire, and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients and partners.
  • Oversee business development activities to ensure revenue and growth targets are achieved.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize product offerings for the Brazilian market.
  • Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and company policies.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends, the competitive landscape, and customer needs to refine strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in business development within FX in Brazil.
  • Strong managerial background, ideally with experience leading a team of Business Development Managers.
  • Proven portfolio of high-net-worth clients and institutional relationships.
  • In-depth knowledge of the financial trading industry and Brazilian market regulations.
  • Fluent in Portuguese (mandatory); proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while aligning with global corporate strategies.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a results-driven approach.
