About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and client-oriented Conversion Agent to join our client’s expanding team. In this role, you will initiate contact with new clients, build strong relationships, and ensure a smooth and professional onboarding experience from the first interaction to account activation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients to introduce the company’s services and ensure a professional first impression
- Build and maintain trusting relationships throughout the client onboarding journey
- Support clients during account setup, providing clear guidance and assistance as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless handover and consistent client experience
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress within internal systems
- Consistently meet performance targets related to client onboarding and activation
Qualifications & Skills:
- Fluency in English and German, plus Hungarian or Spanish
- 1–2 years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or a similar role within FinTech, Financial Services, or Online Trading
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional and client-focused approach
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
