Our Client, a Global Forex broker is seeking a visionary Chief People Officer (CPO) to lead its people strategy and drive the development of a thriving, values-driven workplace culture. This pivotal role will focus on aligning human resources practices with business objectives, fostering a strong organizational culture, and building a distinctive HR brand identity to attract, engage, and retain top talent.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic People Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy
    that aligns with our business objectives across multiple regions, considering local
    cultural norms, regulatory requirements, and workforce needs in different markets.
  • Culture and Engagement: Foster a unified company culture that resonates across
    all global offices and remote teams. Design programs that promote engagement
    and inclusivity for employees worldwide, ensuring alignment with both local and
    company-wide values.
  • HR Brand Identity & Employer Branding: Create and promote a compelling
    employer brand and Employee Value Proposition (EVP) that highlights our unique
    work environment and career development opportunities.
  • Leadership Development & Succession Planning: Build and implement global
    leadership programs that equip managers with the skills to lead diverse, distributed
    teams effectively. Develop succession plans that address leadership needs across
    different regions and support future growth globally.
  • Data-Driven People Decisions: Leverage HR analytics to monitor and measure
    employee engagement, culture impact, and retention rates. Use data insights to
    continuously improve HR initiatives and drive strategic decision-making.
    Qualifications
  • 10+ years in HR leadership, with a minimum of 5 years in a strategic HR role, ideally
    as a CPO or VP of HR.
  • Proven experience in culture building, talent management, and employer branding.
  • Strong background in strategic workforce planning, leadership development, and
    talent management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at
    all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.
