Job Description

As the Head of Crypto / Chief Crypto Officer, you will drive the company’s
cryptocurrency strategy and vertical, guiding our organization through the rapidly
evolving digital finance landscape. This role is pivotal to shaping our crypto strategy,
enhancing operational efficiency, ensuring regulatory compliance, and building strong
partnerships with key stakeholders across the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Execute Cryptocurrency Strategy
• Craft and implement a comprehensive cryptocurrency strategy that aligns with
  the company’s overall business goals and market trends.
• Analyze market conditions, technological advancements, and regulatory
  developments to guide strategic decision-making.
• Monitor Market Trends & Regulatory Landscape
• Stay informed on market trends, regulatory changes, and the competitive
  landscape to identify and mitigate potential risks while capitalizing on emerging
  opportunities.
• Establish proactive risk management frameworks to protect digital assets,
  ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Strategic Partnerships & Industry Engagement
• Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with key players, including crypto
  exchanges, custodians, blockchain developers, and regulatory bodies.
• Leverage these partnerships to support product innovation and market
  expansion.
• Team Leadership & Development
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of crypto professionals, fostering
  collaboration and aligning team efforts with business objectives.
• Promote a culture of innovation, adaptability, and continuous learning within the
  team.
• Blockchain Solutions & Project Management
• Oversee the successful implementation of blockchain solutions that drive
  operational efficiency, improve customer experience, and enhance product
  offerings.
• Manage project lifecycles from conception through execution, ensuring
  compliance and alignment with industry standards.
  Qualifications
• Proven track record in cryptocurrency or blockchain strategy development within
  a financial, fintech, or tech-driven environment –
• In-depth knowledge of cryptocurrency markets, regulatory frameworks, and
  blockchain technology.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and fostering a high
  performance work environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for educating
  and engaging with diverse stakeholders.
