Are you passionate about forging relationships and driving business growth in the forex industry? Our client, a globally recognized Forex broker, is seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to expand their network of affiliates and IBs (Introducing Brokers).
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with prospective, new, and existing affiliates and IBs through phone, online, and face-to-face meetings.
- Utilize your existing network to bring in new clients and partnerships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities via networking platforms, social media, and other channels.
- Support the organization and execution of corporate events, including seminars, expos, and educational workshops.
- Work closely with the ‘head of region’ to align on strategic initiatives and business goals.
- Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment while meeting monthly targets, KPIs, and deadlines.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years’ experience in a business development or similar role.
- Previous experience in the FX industry is essential.
- Fluency in English and your native language is required.
- Flexibility to travel locally when needed.
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills, with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
- A proven ability to thrive under pressure and deliver results.
