Job Description

Are you passionate about forging relationships and driving business growth in the forex industry? Our client, a globally recognized Forex broker, is seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to expand their network of affiliates and IBs (Introducing Brokers).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with prospective, new, and existing affiliates and IBs through phone, online, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Utilize your existing network to bring in new clients and partnerships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities via networking platforms, social media, and other channels.
  • Support the organization and execution of corporate events, including seminars, expos, and educational workshops.
  • Work closely with the ‘head of region’ to align on strategic initiatives and business goals.
  • Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment while meeting monthly targets, KPIs, and deadlines.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a business development or similar role.
  • Previous experience in the FX industry is essential.
  • Fluency in English and your native language is required.
  • Flexibility to travel locally when needed.
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills, with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
  • A proven ability to thrive under pressure and deliver results.
