Job Description

Our client is an innovative fintech and crypto company headquartered in Limassol, rapidly expanding and redefining how users engage with digital assets and financial tools. With a focus on agility and forward-thinking, they are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Business Analyst & Operations Associate to work closely with the CEO and play a key role in day-to-day business execution.

About the Role:

This position offers high visibility and is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments. It combines analytical work with operational support, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate across various departments. The successful candidate will contribute to aligning strategy with implementation and help drive business goals forward.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and update performance dashboards and reports across functions such as revenue, marketing, KPIs, and operations.
  • Track progress and execution of tasks across departments including legal, product, finance, compliance, and marketing.
  • Ensure follow-through on important initiatives and help teams stay on schedule with internal deadlines.
  • Support the CEO with data analysis and insights to aid in strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct industry and competitor research, prepare internal materials, and contribute to presentation content.
  • Take part in various strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and research capabilities.
  • Confident using Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation, reporting, and dashboard creation.
  • Clear and effective communicator in English, both written and spoken.
  • Brings 1–5 years of experience in business analysis, operations, or project support roles.
  • Background in crypto, fintech, or fast-paced startups is a strong plus.
  • Proactive and capable of working independently without close supervision.
