Job Description

The Business Development Manager for UAE will be instrumental in driving our client’s growth and expanding their market presence in the region by identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented professional capable of executing strategic initiatives, fostering strong client relationships, and building a sustainable pipeline of high-value clients. The BDM will play a key role in increasing market presence, ensuring consistent revenue growth, and contributing to the overall success of our client’s organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to meet and surpass revenue targets, contributing to our client’s strategic growth goals.
  • Build and maintain a strong development pipeline to ensure a continuous flow of new opportunities aligned with revenue targets.
  • Identify and leverage cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the existing client base to maximize revenue.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify growth opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Compliance, to align efforts and ensure effective execution of business development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Complete all required training programs and continually enhance industry knowledge and skills.
  • Provide regular updates to management, offering insights on progress, pipeline status, client feedback, and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Represent our client at industry expos and events.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of proven business development experience in the forex, financial services, or any B2B role within Saas Sales
  • Demonstrated ability to generate revenue and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • proficiency in English (both oral and written) – a must.
  • Proficient in Arabic – a must.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities, with the capacity to interpret market data and client feedback to drive business decisions.
  • Results-driven with a clear focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Team-oriented, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Solid experience with CRM software is considered an advantage
