About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and service-oriented Client Experience Agent to join our client’s growing team. In this role, you will manage and enhance the entire client journey, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism, care, and efficiency. You will be the key point of contact for clients guiding them through onboarding, addressing their needs, and building strong, lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full client lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing engagement
• Identify and act on opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to maximize client value
• Deliver an exceptional client experience through accurate, timely, and personalized communication
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client requests and improve processes
• Monitor client activity and engagement, identifying ways to enhance satisfaction and retention
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records in internal systems
• Continuously improve the client journey and service quality

Qualifications & Skills:

• Fluency in English and any other EU Languages would be considered an advantage
• 2+ years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or customer success, ideally within FinTech, Financial Services, or Online Trading
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
