About the Role

On behalf of our client, a leading regulated FX Broker, we are looking to hire an experienced FX Dealer to join their dealing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing trades, managing risk, monitoring client exposure, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Monitor the company’s trading systems and platforms.
  • Execute client trades promptly and accurately.
  • Monitor exposure, risk, and liquidity, ensuring positions remain within approved limits.
  • Provide real-time quotes and ensure competitive pricing.
  • Manage relationships with liquidity providers and counterparties.
  • Keep up to date with global financial markets, economic events, and their potential impact on FX/CFDs.
  • Identify and report on suspicious trading activity.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports for senior management.
  • Assist in the development and enhancement of trading systems and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements at all times.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience as an FX Dealer (preferably in a regulated broker).
  • CySEC Advanced Certificate is an advantage (may be mandatory depending on jurisdiction).
  • Strong understanding of FX/CFDs, and trading platforms (MT4/MT5)
  • Analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • EU citizenship or valid work permit.
