About the Company
Our client is an established fintech organisation that has been developing its own proprietary payment technology for over 5 years. Their platform enables seamless processing of card payments and alternative payment methods, ensuring reliability, transparency, and high performance.

As they continue to scale, they are strengthening their commercial function and seeking a Business Development Manager to accelerate growth. This role offers the opportunity to open new verticals, expand the merchant portfolio, and directly shape the company’s long-term success.


Role Overview
The Business Development Manager will take full ownership of the sales cycle—identifying opportunities, converting new merchants, and building strong client relationships. You’ll represent the company at industry events, negotiate contracts, and work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.


Main Duties

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve agreed revenue objectives
  • Secure new business, with a target of onboarding at least five new merchants monthly
  • Explore opportunities in new sectors and verticals to drive diversification
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline and deliver accurate sales performance reports
  • Collaborate with Support, Finance, and Development teams to ensure smooth client delivery
  • Lead commercial negotiations and manage relationships with high-value clients
  • Represent the company at conferences, expos, and networking events as a brand ambassador

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in fintech, payments, or with a PSP/Gambling Operator in a payments-related role
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and MS Office (Windows and iOS environments)
  • Strong communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English
  • Confident relationship-builder with solid stakeholder management experience
  • Professional, detail-oriented, and results-driven

Additional Information

  • Full-time, on-site role based in Limassol (Monday–Friday)
  • Remote working is not available
