 About the Role

The Head of Partnerships will lead the strategic development of Introducing Broker (IB) networks and drive business growth through new partnerships, market expansion, and enhanced trading volumes. This role is ideal for someone with a strong leadership background in CFDs or fintech and a passion for high-impact business development.

 Responsibilities:

  • Lead the growth of the IB network, managing and mentoring the team to acquire and retain key partners.
  • Develop and execute strategic partnership initiatives and revenue-focused campaigns.
  • Represent the company at major global expos, networking events, and industry conferences.
  • Drive expansion into new regions, ensuring compliance and tailored market strategies.
  • Enhance product offerings by relaying client feedback to product development teams.
  • Negotiate agreements with partners and affiliates, optimizing commercial outcomes.

 Requirements:

  • 3+ years in a senior partnerships, business development, or sales leadership role within the financial industry (ideally CFDs or FX).
  • Proven experience building IB or affiliate networks and institutional relationships.
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of partnership models.
  • Ability to lead and inspire teams in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • A self-starter with a growth mindset and ability to thrive in a scale-up setting.
