On behalf of our client, a well-established financial institution with over 30 years in the global trading industry, we are pleased to present an exciting opportunity within their institutional division. Our client is seeking a Head of Institutional Sales to lead and expand its institutional trading division. The successful candidate will drive growth through a clear strategic plan, identifying and converting institutional opportunities while fostering strong relationships with clients such as brokers, hedge funds, and financial institutions. This individual will also lead the institutional sales team, manage departmental resources effectively, and serve as a key representative of the brand both internally and externally.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify the most effective strategies to grow institutional business
  • Oversee the end-to-end management of institutional accounts from onboarding to trade execution
  • Manage inbound enquiries and proactively pursue new institutional leads
  • Utilise CRM systems to manage pipelines and maintain client engagement
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally with marketing, IT, and operations to ensure seamless execution
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing institutional sales team
  • Ensure full compliance with applicable industry regulations
  • Represent the brand at events and cultivate relationships with prospective clients
