Job Description
Our client is looking for a Junior Trading Platform Administrator to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting edge trading operations in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring the continuous operation of trading servers and systems
- Setting up and maintaining new and existing financial products
- Troubleshooting system issues and providing technical support
- Collaborating with the risk team to resolve trading platform-related issues
- Implementing an ideal infrastructure setup in terms of security, structure, and failover
- Liaising with the IT department on all technical-related issues
- Managing MT4/MT5 configurations and bridge setups (OneZero, PrimeXM, T4B, FXCubic)
- Improving and maintaining trading environment procedures, configurations, groups, symbols, and gateways
- Integrating, testing, and supporting MQ native, third-party, and in-house tools, software, and plugins
- Providing technical support across departments and ensuring all tickets are resolved
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience & Knowledge
- 6-12 months of relevant work experience required
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken
- Experience with MT4/MT5 administration
- Knowledge of OZ Hub, XCore, T4B, FXCubic is an advantage
- SQL query knowledge is an advantage
- Good understanding of the Forex market

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- High numerical and analytical skills
- Adaptability to a regulated and fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to work rotating shifts (08:00-16:00, 16:00-00:00), with flexibility for occasional night shifts (00:00-08:00) if needed
Education
- BSc/MSc in Information Technology or a relevant field
- CySEC Advanced Diploma is a plus but not mandatory
