About the Role

This position is for our client, a regulated FX broker based in Romania. The role is on-site, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

What the Ideal Candidate Brings

  • Extensive experience in senior leadership roles, such as COO, Head of Operations, or Head of Project Management, with a proven ability to lead and inspire large teams.
  • A background in the digital or internet sector, preferably with experience in startups or high-growth environments.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple business functions effectively.
  • Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret complex data and deliver actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across all organizational levels.
  • Willingness to relocate to Bucharest (essential).
  • While fintech experience is a plus, candidates from other industries are equally welcome to apply.
