Location: Romania, Bucharest or Dubai

We are working with a dynamic client seeking Retention Agents to join their growing team in Bucharest.

This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in Forex who can build relationships, retain clients, and drive long-term engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and retain a portfolio of active clients
  • Provide high-level support via phone, email, and chat
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients
  • Deliver market insights, guidance, and trading support
  • Stay up to date with financial markets and major news
  • Schedule and attend client meetings
  • Handle client inquiries efficiently and professionally
  • Ensure all client communication is followed through to resolution
  • Represent the company and its products at a high standard
  • Participate in industry events, expos, and seminars

Requirements

  • Fluency in Arabic (native/near-native) and strong English
  • Proven experience in Forex / CFD retention (essential)
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and trading dynamics
  • Experience in client-facing roles (Retention / Sales / Customer Support)
  • Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Highly organised with strong time management
  • Target-driven, proactive, and commercially minded
