German Speaking Retention Agents

Location: Limassol or Nicosia
Industry: Forex / CFD

We are working with a growing client in the Forex space looking to hire a Retention Agent to manage and develop high-value client relationships.

This role is ideal for someone who understands financial markets, can communicate confidently with clients, and has a strong grasp of both technical and fundamental analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with premium clients
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
• Provide tailored solutions based on client needs and trading activity
• Conduct market research and stay up to date with industry trends
• Present products, services, and market insights to clients
• Handle client queries efficiently or escalate where necessary
• Ensure contract terms are adhered to by both the company and clients
• Understand client goals and align services to meet their objectives

Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Client Relations / Sales / Customer Success within Forex
• Fluent in German and English (additional languages are a plus)
• Strong understanding of financial markets and instruments
• Knowledge of technical and fundamental analysis
• Strong communication and copywriting skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organised
