About the Role:
On behalf of our client, a leading FX/CFD trading firm in Dubai, we are seeking an experienced Senior Dealer to join their team. The role focuses on ensuring smooth trading operations across MT4/MT5 platforms, supporting trade execution, liquidity connectivity, and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage MT4/MT5 trade support tickets, including order status inquiries, rejections, slippage investigations, and platform issues, documenting all activity in internal systems.
  • Validate trade economics: margin, leverage, pip value, P&L, swaps/rollovers, commissions, and currency conversions.
  • Monitor trading platform performance (latency, uptime, pricing feeds, execution quality) and escalate incidents with detailed supporting evidence.
  • Support FXCubic bridge operations and liquidity connectivity; identify and escalate routing or technical issues.
  • Perform MT4/MT5 administration: account creation, group management, permissions, symbol settings, and trading parameter adjustments.
  • Conduct daily reconciliations and operational controls; investigate discrepancies and escalate unresolved issues.
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports covering platform incidents, trade investigations, reconciliation exceptions, and key KPIs.
  • Collaborate with Front Office, Dealing, Risk, IT, Back Office, liquidity providers, and vendors to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, runbooks, and handover notes for recurring operations.
  • Support audits, compliance reviews, and management requests with trade data extraction and reporting.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in FX/CFD dealing, trade support, or middle-office operations.
  • Strong knowledge of FX/CFD products and MT4/MT5 platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced trading environment.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience with FXCubic or similar liquidity bridges is highly desirable.
  • Exposure to reconciliation processes, execution monitoring, and dealing support operations preferred.
  • Basic SQL or reporting/data analysis skills is an advantage.
