Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Junior Dealer to support real-time trading flow and execution across our clients MT5 and Centroid infrastructure.

This role sits at the core of the dealing desk, providing hands-on exposure to live market flow, liquidity management, and execution strategy, with a clear path into a full Dealer position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage real-time eFX flow across MT5 and Centroid
  • Execute hedging strategies in line with risk and P&L parameters
  • Assist in managing liquidity provider (LP) streams and spreads
  • Monitor FIX sessions and escalate connectivity or data feed issues
  • Maintain trade logs, reconcile tickets, and produce EOD reports
  • Identify and flag toxic flow / latency arbitrage activity
  • Support pricing and execution optimisation (Centroid plugins, LP routing rules)
  • Coordinate with tech teams on plugin configuration and FIX testing
  • Engage with LPs and counterparties on day-to-day operational matters

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of FX markets (spot, forwards, swaps)
  • Exposure to MT5 (admin or trader terminal) within a brokerage environment
  • Understanding of order flow dynamics (A-book / B-book models)
  • Familiarity with liquidity providers and aggregation tools
  • Strong analytical mindset:
    • Excel (pivot tables essential)
    • Python / SQL (nice advantage)
  • High attention to detail — able to spot pricing, latency, or execution anomalies
  • Proactive communicator with the ability to escalate issues clearly and effectively

Working Hours

Shift-based coverage:

  • London Session: 08:00 – 16:00 (GMT+3)
  • US Session: 16:00 – 00:00 (GMT+3)
  • Flexibility to rotate shifts as required
  • Availability during high-impact macro events (NFP, FOMC, ECB)
